Salon Policies

Cancellation:

Your appointment is very important to us at Sage & Rose salon. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellation or to change your appointment. If you cancel or change your appointment with in 24 hours, you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled appointment. Should this happen more than once, you will no longer be able to schedule future appointments

No shows/no call:

If you do not contact the salon to cancel or reschedule and do not show up to your appointment you will be charged for 100% of the cost of your scheduled appointment

lateness:

Here at Sage & Rose salon, we have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call/text to let us know. Should you arrive more that 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged for 50% of the appointment. Should this happen more that once, you will no longer be able to schedule future appointments

Credit Card required:

Keeping a card on file is required to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours’ notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, Sage & Rose reserves the right to and will charge the card on file for 50% of the scheduled service. In order to save your card safely on file, all new clients will be sent an invoice for $1.50 through square services.

Confirmation Text:

We will send you a confirmation text and you must confirm your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will cancel your appointment. Please be careful to make note of your appointment date and time to avoid late and cancellation fees

Hair History Transparency:

We take the health of your hair very seriously, which is why we do an in-depth consultation. Damage can happen to the hair if the client withholds hair history information. If any damages happens to the hair due to information withheld from the client, the stylist and salon is not responsible
